About
I’m an independent consultant helping cultural organisations develop and build their digital collections. As an experienced leader delivering digital transformation in archive, library and cultural heritage contexts, my background and expertise spans digital library strategy and implementation, digitisation, digital preservation, and copyright management.
At Wellcome Collection, I led the growth of the digitisation programme from small, discreet projects to large-scale mass digitisation. This included building the teams, processes, and systems needed to create and manage tens of millions of images and audiovisual files. The work depended on close collaboration with collections specialists, conservators, photographers, suppliers, legal experts, product managers, and software developers.
I am passionate about helping organisations use technology to meet their mission-driven objectives. My goal is to help organisations and their teams work confidently in the digital space, whether they are taking their first steps or planning ambitious change.
Option set 01
Button styles
Six treatments drawn from the logo palette. Pick one primary and one secondary; the rest stay unused so the system holds together. Hover states are live — roll over each one.
The workhorse. Highest contrast against paper, reads as the one thing to click on a page.
Sits beside B1 without competing. Good for footers and second-choice actions.
More formal than teal. Works if you want the deepest brand colour to carry the action.
For dark call-to-action bands only. The amber is the one place the palette gets loud.
The quiet default for onward links inside body copy and card footers. Used throughout the home page.
Option set 02
Call to action blocks
Four ways to close a page. Each is a single Beaver Builder row, so any of them can be dropped at the foot of Services, a case study, or About.
